About the Conference

A platform for ideas, leadership and practical solutions

The Asia Workplace Safety & Health Exchange is designed as a high-level meeting point for safety and health professionals, employers, policymakers, technology providers and industry leaders. Over two days, the conference will explore how organisations can respond to shifting workforce demographics, emerging technologies, psychological well-being needs and climate-related health risks.

Hosted alongside OS+H Asia, the Exchange provides a focused platform for meaningful dialogue, knowledge sharing and cross-sector collaboration in support of safer, healthier and more resilient workplaces across the region.

Conference Format
  • Each day features a morning and an afternoon session.
  • Every session includes one keynote speaker and three featured speakers.
  • A panel discussion concludes each session to encourage exchange and discussion.
  • Speaker slots are planned for approximately 30 to 40 minutes each.
  • A minister-level VIP opening address may be featured to open the conference.

Focusing on psychological safety, mental well-being, early support strategies and the role of leadership in building healthier, more resilient organisations.

Afternoon Session

Heat Resilience in a Warming World

Addressing the growing impact of heat on workers and discussing practical strategies for prevention, preparedness and resilience as temperatures continue to rise.
